 I am dedicated to making light weight and reliable equipment for the smaller pups as well as strong and durable gear for the biggest fur babies out there. If your product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to see what I can offer as a solution.

My products are trail tested in the Denver, Colorado area and undergo urban testing in the Greater Chicagoland Area of Illinois.

If you have received a product that you believe is defective, please stop using it and reach out to me right away.

Our products have a 1 year guarantee against:

• Breakage of hardware, webbing, or paracord
• Failure of stitching

Our 1 year guarantee does NOT include damage or failure caused by the following:

• Improper selection of the product for the weight of the dog:   See Product Component Strength Information and the Product Information on each product page for assistance in proper product selection.
• Improper use or misuse of the product, including but not limited to: using products as a tie-out, using products as a method of pet restraint in a vehicle (unless specified for that purpose), and more.
• Damage caused by: chewing, cleaning methods and solutions that do not follow provided instructions, and any disassembling, alterations, or modifications to product.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratching of hardware, staining or fading of webbing, or abrasions of material.
