Custom Orders: How It Works

I’m happy to collaborate with you on creating a custom product that is ideal for your needs.

Because custom pieces are designed specifically for you, a little extra information upfront helps ensure the final product is exactly what you’re looking for.

 

What to Include in Your Message

Please copy and paste the template below into the contact form and fill it out as completely as possible. The more detail you provide, the easier it is for me to recommend safe options and accurate pricing.

Custom Materials & Deposits

Some custom orders require hardware, materials, or colors that I do not regularly stock.

  • These orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before materials are ordered

  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipping

This ensures I can source the correct components specifically for your project.

 

Custom Order Policies

Because custom items are made specifically for you:

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund

  • All custom work is based on the information (including measurements) that you provide.

  • I would love to keep working with you until we get it right!

I want every collaboration to be successful, but clear communication is essential. If a custom order inquiry goes 14 calendar days without response, I reserve the right to cancel the request so I can keep my workflow moving.
