Custom Orders that have hardware, materials, or colors that I do not stock requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance of your order must be paid prior to shipping.
Custom Orders are not eligible for return and/or refund.
I hope that we can successfully collaborate to create the custom product that you need, but I reserved the right to cancel any transaction that goes 14 calendar days without response to my messages.
