If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to take returns!

Products being returned must be post dated within 14 days from receiving the item in order to receive a full refund. 

Once I receive your item, I will process your return within 3 business days and refund the full product amount to your account. Be aware the refund can take a few days to hit your account. I do not refund original shipping paid (if any) or shipping upgrades that were paid.

I do not refund items that are not returned in a timely manner.

I do not offer exchanges or store credit.

• Equipment purchased through AI channels and not through the website are not eligible for returns/refunds due to "not as described".
• Gear that is not appropriately selected for your dog’s size, strength, or activity level due to incomplete/inaccurate information provided by AI is not covered by our Product Guarantee.
