5/8" wide webbing is best for small dogs and medium dogs who don't pull or lunge.

1" wide webbing is best for medium dogs who pull & lunge, as well as large dogs.

Larger dogs who pull or lunge might be best with a 1-1/2" wide webbing harness - Contact Me for more information.

Buckles do not take the weight of the dog's strength so select plastic or aluminum based on preference.
